PicksMarket is a global prediction-market community. These Terms explain how members may use the community. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
PicksMarket is a worldwide community where people share forecasts on public questions, short community races, and picker signals. It is not a casino, sportsbook, or cash-betting service, and this site does not take or pay out money.
Activity inside PicksMarket uses community points. Points are for forecasts, rankings, events, and in-app features. They are not money and cannot be exchanged or withdrawn.
Some members may receive points through a partner community or a promotion. Those credits work the same as other community points and stay inside PicksMarket.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if higher, to use PicksMarket. You are responsible for your login details and for activity on your account. One person should keep one account. We may suspend or close an account that is shared, automated, abusive, or used to evade these Terms.
When you place a forecast, you are sharing a view with the community using points. When a real-world outcome is confirmed, points are settled inside the community according to the rules shown for that market or race. Comments, profiles, and Signal activity must stay respectful and lawful. We may hide or remove content that is harmful, illegal, or off-topic.
Forecasts, displayed odds, Signal pickers, and Hall of Fame rankings are community information and entertainment. Nothing on PicksMarket is investment, financial, or legal advice.
Do not cheat settlement, use bots to manipulate markets, harass others, post illegal content, or interfere with the service. Do not use the service if doing so would break the laws of your country.
PicksMarket’s name, design, and original content belong to the operator of the service. You keep the rights in content you post, and you grant us a limited license to display that content inside the community. Do not copy the service or another member’s content for commercial use without permission.
We may add, change, or retire features, markets, promotions, or languages. The service is provided as available. Temporary interruptions can happen for maintenance, safety, or events outside our control.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PicksMarket and its operator are not liable for lost points, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from community use, forecast outcomes, or downtime. A point balance is not a claim for money.
We may update these Terms as the community grows. The updated date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service and contact Support to close your account.
